♡ Aahhh... What Beautiful Vintage Beauty Posters ♡

Advertisements have been such a integral part of the sale of every product on the market, both currently & in the past.

I don't know about you but I adore the vintage beauty posters. They're usually always either drawn & coloured or a mixture of photography & artwork. Such care went into their creation so I thought I'd dedicate a post to some of the most beautiful images I came across.

Jeepers Creepers, keep those beautiful peepers peeled as you will be able to spot a number of brands that are still going strong to this very day...

  1. I love em all! The model in the Revlon ad in black with the big black hat looks like Audrey Hepburn and the model in the Revlon ad wearing all pink with the guy's head in it looks like Eartha Kitt or someone else like her! Explains a lot because Revlon for years was the only pharmacy/drugstore line that had a lot of strong pigmentation in their eyeshadows, blushes and lipsticks

    1. Hey! Thanks so much for your comment....

Oh I agree with you, they do, don't they? They're such wonderful pictures.

Of course, it was, wasn't it? They always had that very popular matt look in their make-up which was huge during the 90s. Their strong pigmentation would've been wonderful for recreating that 1920s Clara Bow & Great Gatsby look, too!
